株式会社X-Style（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する Instagram 投稿支援サービス「Posto」（以下「本サービス」）において、 利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。
1. 事業者

2. 取得する情報
本サービスは、次の情報を取得します。
- LINE のユーザーID および表示名
- 利用者が LINE で送信した写真
- Instagram のアカウントID およびユーザーネーム
- Instagram のアクセストークン
- 本サービスが作成した投稿文、承認・取消の操作記録、投稿の結果
当社は、利用者の Instagram のパスワードを取得しません。Instagram への接続は Meta が提供する 公式の認証（Business Login for Instagram）のみで行われ、パスワードは当社に渡りません。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、次の目的にのみ利用します。
- 投稿案（写真・投稿文・ハッシュタグ）の作成
- 利用者が承認した投稿を、利用者自身の Instagram アカウントへ公開すること
- 投稿先アカウントの表示による、誤った投稿先への公開の防止
- 障害対応および不正利用の防止
当社は、取得した情報を広告の配信、利用者の分析、第三者への販売に利用しません。
4. 第三者への提供
本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、次の事業者に情報を提供します。
- Anthropic PBC（米国）: 投稿文の作成のため、写真および事業者が登録した資料を送信します
- Meta Platforms, Inc.（米国）: 利用者が承認した投稿の公開のため、写真と投稿文を送信します
- LINEヤフー株式会社: LINE によるメッセージの送受信のため
Anthropic PBC および Meta Platforms, Inc. への提供は、米国への個人情報の移転にあたります。
上記以外の第三者に情報を提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく開示の求めに応じる場合を除きます。
5. 保存期間
- 写真: Instagram へ公開したものは公開から90日、公開されなかったもの（取消・期限切れ・失敗）は30日で削除します
- 投稿文、承認の操作記録、投稿の結果: 契約期間中および契約終了後3年間
- Instagram のアクセストークン: 接続が解除されるまで。解除時に削除します
削除のご依頼をいただいた場合は、上記の期間内であっても削除します（法令に基づき保存が義務づけられているものを除きます）。
6. 安全管理
Instagram のアクセストークンは暗号化して保存し、復号は投稿の実行時にのみ行います。
画面およびログに表示しません。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、本サービスに保存された自身の情報の開示、訂正、削除を求めることができます。
手続きは「データ削除の手順」のページに記載しています。

Posto Privacy Policy
X-Style Inc. ("we") handles users' information as follows in "Posto" (the "Service"), the Instagram posting support service we provide.

2. Information we collect
The Service collects the following information.
- LINE user ID and display name
- Photos sent by the user via LINE
- Instagram account ID and username
- Instagram access token
- Post text created by the Service, records of approval and cancellation, and posting results
We do not collect users' Instagram passwords. Connection to Instagram is performed solely through the official authentication provided by Meta (Business Login for Instagram), and passwords are never passed to us.
3. Purpose of use
We use the collected information only for the following purposes.
- Creating draft posts (photo, post text, and hashtags)
- Publishing posts approved by the user to the user's own Instagram account
- Preventing publication to an unintended account by displaying the destination account
- Responding to incidents and preventing misuse
We do not use the collected information for advertising delivery, user profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Provision to third parties
We provide information to the following parties to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
- Anthropic PBC (United States): we send photos and the materials registered by the business operator in order to create post text
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States): we send photos and post text in order to publish posts approved by the user
- LY Corporation: for sending and receiving messages via LINE
Provision to Anthropic PBC and Meta Platforms, Inc. constitutes a transfer of personal information to the United States.
We do not provide information to any third party other than those listed above, except where we must respond to a disclosure request based on laws and regulations.
5. Retention period
- Photos: those published to Instagram are deleted 90 days after publication; those not published (cancelled, expired, or failed) are deleted after 30 days
- Post text, records of approval operations, and posting results: during the contract period and for three years after the contract ends
- Instagram access token: until the connection is removed. It is deleted when the connection is removed
If you request deletion, we will delete the data even within the periods stated above (except for records that we are required by laws and regulations to retain).
6. Security management
Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and are decrypted only when a post is executed.
They are not displayed on any screen or in any log.
7. Users' rights
Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own information stored in the Service.
The procedure is described on the "Data Deletion Instructions" page.
