Posto データ削除の手順
株式会社X-Style が提供する Instagram 投稿支援サービス「Posto」について、
Instagram との接続の解除、および保存されたデータの削除を希望される場合の手順です。
1. Instagram との接続を解除する
次のいずれかの方法で解除できます。解除すると、Posto から Instagram へ投稿されることはなくなります。
方法1: Instagram アプリから解除する
Instagram アプリを開き、プロフィール画面の右上のメニューから「設定とアクティビティ」を開きます。
画面を下にスクロールして「ウェブサイトの許可」を押し、「アプリとウェブサイト」を開きます。
一覧から Posto を選び、削除してください。
※ Instagram の更新により項目名が変わることがあります。見つからないときは、設定の画面の上部にある検索窓に「アプリ」と入力してください。
方法2: 当社へ連絡する
info@x-style-nk.com へご連絡ください。当社にて接続を解除いたします。
接続を解除すると、保存されていた Instagram のアクセストークンは削除されます。
2. 保存されたデータの削除を依頼する
info@x-style-nk.com へ、次の内容を記載してご連絡ください。
- Instagram のユーザーネーム
- 削除を希望する旨
当社は、ご連絡を受けてから30日以内に削除を行い、完了をご連絡します。
3. 削除の対象
削除の依頼により、次のデータを削除します。
- Instagram のアクセストークン、アカウントID、ユーザーネーム
- LINE のユーザーID および表示名
- 保存されている写真
- 作成した投稿文
4. 削除されないもの
次のものは削除の対象外です。
- すでに Instagram へ公開された投稿（Instagram 上の投稿は、利用者ご自身が Instagram アプリから削除してください）
- 法令に基づき保存が義務づけられている記録

Posto Data Deletion Instructions
These are the instructions for removing the Instagram connection and for deleting stored data for "Posto", the Instagram posting support service provided by X-Style Inc.
1. Remove the Instagram connection
You can remove the connection by either of the following methods. Once removed, Posto can no longer post to Instagram.
Method 1: Remove it from the Instagram app
Open the Instagram app and, from the menu at the top right of your profile screen, open "Settings and activity".
Scroll down, tap "Website permissions", and open "Apps and websites".
Select Posto from the list and remove it.
Note: Instagram may rename these items in future updates. If you cannot find them, type "apps" into the search box at the top of the settings screen.
Method 2: Contact us
Please contact info@x-style-nk.com. We will remove the connection on your behalf.
When the connection is removed, the stored Instagram access token is deleted.
2. Request deletion of stored data
Please contact info@x-style-nk.com with the following.
- Your Instagram username
- A statement that you wish to have your data deleted
We will delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request and will notify you once it is complete.
3. What is deleted
Upon a deletion request, we delete the following data.
- Instagram access token, account ID, and username
- LINE user ID and display name
- Stored photos
- Post text that was created
4. What is not deleted
The following are not subject to deletion.
- Posts already published to Instagram (please delete posts on Instagram yourself from the Instagram app)
- Records that we are required by laws and regulations to retain
